If you accept this coverage, you and all the people who accompany you in the rented vehicle at the moment of the accident are allowed to receive up to US$ 5,000.00 as a reimbursement for medical expenses, to be distributed among the affected persons.

This coverage is mandatory according to Nicaragua’s new traffic laws. With this coverage you are protected up to US $ 15,000 per rental against damages caused to other people and property with the vehicle you rented. You will be responsible for a 20% deductible and OFASA will assume the difference up to US $ 15,000. This coverage cannot be declined. if no other coverage that includes SLI is taken.
